The Probe System

测头系统  

A. 硬测头

硬测头是标配测头,可以选配不同球径的测头.采点时需要测针顶端测球与零件保持接触然后按下测头上的触发按钮.在保证精度的前提下,测针的最小测球直径是1mm,测针建议长度是100mm.

B.触发探头

触发测头在工件上施加最小的测力即可进行测量。非常精确、快速且使用舒适.接触工件即可自动测量无需手动按键。触发测头可以使用多种不同长度和球径的测针

“浮动”探头和激光叉可快速互换，从一个探针配置切换到另一个，系统自动识别所用探针的类型和参数。

C.浮动测头

这是一个靠铝环上弹簧驱动的刚性机械测头，测量由接触触发.测力控制系统可避免在零件上施加不受控制的测

力，使精度和重复性提高. 控制环与测头分离以避免操作者的手温影响测量精度.
